Akademie Intervenční Algeziologie SIA SSLB, 1.ročník je za námi. Jaké to bylo ?
Sekce intervenční algeziologie SSLB ČLS JEP pod vedením dr. Jana Lejčka z CLB FN Plzeň byla v roce 2022 velmi aktivní a podařila se realizace pilotního projektu a prvního ročníku něčeho, o čem jsme dlouho snili a ještě déle si zasněně povídali. Akademie intervenční algeziologie (dále jen AIA) jako nezbytná součást praktické výuky intervenční algeziologie v ČR dostala v uplynulém roce reálné dimenze a první ročník byl realizován následujícím systémem. Základem se stalo absolvování dvoudenního teoretického kurzu vedeného IPVZ, katedrou Algeziologie (dr. Vondráčková ve spolupráci s dr. Lejčkem) v dubnu, následně frekventanti museli pro dokončení AIA absolvovat kadaverový kurz praktické části výuky na Anatomickém ústavu 3.LF UK a FNKV pod vedením mentorů SIA SSLB: dr. Lejčko, dr. Machart, doc. Kozák, doc. Gabrhelík, dr. Popperová a dr.Kozák. Jelikož prostorové kapacity „cadaver labu“ jsou omezené, praktická část výuky byla rozdělena na dvě etapy- květnovou a prosincovou tak, aby se uspokojili všichni zájemci přihlášení na teoretickou část výuky v dubnu 2022.
Je vhodné zmínit, že celá praktická část výuky, která v podobě kadaverového workshopu, v Česku ani na Slovensku nemá obdoby, byla finančně, organizačně i kapacitně velmi náročná a velké díky patří především sponsorovi workshopu intervenčních technik, firmě A care medical (Mgr. Duchoslav, Mgr. Růžek) a velké díky za excelentní zázemí a podporu celé realizace vyjimečné vzdělávací akce Anatomickému ústavu 3.LF UK, jmenovitě as. Janě Mrzílkové. V neposlední řadě se na realizaci a přípravy zázemí významně podílelo pracoviště Centra léčby bolesti a neuromodulačního centra KAR FNKV, jmenovitě dr. Kozák a dr. Sochorová. Všem tímto patří velké díky.
Další podoba a systém výuky v rámci AIA je nadále v jednání jednotlivých členů SIA se sponzory, všichni zúčastnění vyjádřili vůli a přání ve vzdělávacím programu pokračovat a nadále ho zdokonalovat. Můžete se tedy těšit na další pokračování se zaměřením na intervence dosud nezařazené s cílem pravidelné obměny témat workshopů pro udržení vysoké atraktivity a edukačního potenciálu.
