Vážené kolegyně, vážení kolegové,
dovolujeme si vás pozvat na V. základní cadaver kurz ultrazvukem navigovaných intervencí v algeziologii, který se uskuteční ve dnech 18.–19. června 2026 v Praze.
Dvoudenní praktický workshop je určen začátečníkům i mírně pokročilým lékařům, kteří se chtějí seznámit se základy ultrazvukem navigovaných technik v algeziologii, nebo rozšířit své praktické dovednosti v této oblasti. Cílem kurzu je představit možnosti využití ultrazvuku v rukou algeziologa a poskytnout pevné základy pro bezpečnou a efektivní aplikaci těchto metod v klinické praxi.
Kurz klade důraz na praktickou výuku. Relevantní topografická anatomie cílových oblastí bude prezentována na cadaverech, zatímco ultrazvuková anatomie jednotlivých struktur bude demonstrována na figurantech.
Odborné vedení kurzu
Kurz povedou MUDr. Jan Lukáš, MUDr. Šimon Kozák a další zkušení lektoři se specializací na intervenční léčbu bolesti.
Témata kurzu
- USG v regionální anestezii – obecné principy a sonoanatomie krku (anatomie krku, vztah k nervům a cévám, krční páteř, kraniocervikální přechod)
- Indikace USG v invazivní algeziologii a senzitivní inervace ramenního kloubu (PECS blokády, Serratus plane blok, ESP blok v hrudní oblasti, n. axillaris, n. suprascapularis, brachiální plexus)
- Senzitivní inervace kyčelního a kolenního kloubu (TAP blokáda, m. rectus sheath blok, PENG, fascia iliaca compartment blok, n. saphenus, nn. geniculati, n. cutaneus femoris lateralis)
- Chronická pánevní bolest (bederní oblast, lumbosakrální přechod, svalové příčiny bolesti, gluteální krajina, průběh n. ischiadicus)
